  Saturday 2nd May 2021 – Didn’t swim and too late high tide, evening. Drank lots of red wine. Eric joined for breakfast. Doesn’t hear or absorb info. Still says “diet advice” when told him it was nutritional data. Eric drops me back at 9pm just before dark. Bed.
