Took swimming stuff and drove to beach. Jessica and Andy on beach. Andy asked “why did you take vaccine” but I’m not really allowed to answer. He went and Jessica and I say on top in front of beach huts and drank red wine.

Wake up thinking second dose of vaccine not needed. I don’t want to muck up my hormones. Want natural immunity from recovery and think Long Covid could be reactions to medications and our bodies can’t fight artificial infections. Women get more reactions to vaccines than men.

Doing Pete’s spreadsheet. Add in quotes for bird spikes, wood for 3 areas, electricals, get 4 sockets per room. Watching Independent SAGE talking about inconsistency between £22bn spent on Track and Trace private contracts versus stingy sick pay, lack of supported self-isolation, and saying people fear losing their jobs, unscrupulous employers.
