Another 2021 diary and homecooked food

Friday 26^th March

Woke at 7.50am, banging downstairs. Must be doing work on new second bedroom in flat below. Did some writing. Did a blog, which I find haven’t got much structure and can wander. However, realisations pop up. But when I write posts on a page where many people are listening it shapes my writing. Found more info about anti-histamine diet.

Me going for first swim of 2021 in March – coldest month of the year – Swanpool Beach

I think that good information was sent out to nutritionists about histamine levels in long covid and people have all flocked to follow it religiously. Therefore they have abandoned on mass micronutrients and AH diet allows potatoes and grains and disallows olives and avocados. Evening quiz fun. Maria did rounds like Radio Four. I won. Stayed for a call after quiz then went to bed reading Individutopia by Ross Sheldon.

Saturday 27^th March

Had some great dreams. Redruth going for vaccination. Woke at 10am feeling a little tired. Pete asked to delay call as wanted to go for a run in Seville at his brother in law’s place. We had good chat, then I went to the shops. Missed Kill The Bill Protest in Moor (2pm) but noted lots of people. Evening went to Patsy’s and we did some karaoke. Walked home 3.45am did videos.

Sunday 28^th March

Woke 10am and lazed,, then finished reading Individutopia. Thanked author on Twitter, who introduced me to more of his writings. Good marketing plan. Alongside flyers, making something accessible, good message. Watched 3 films about Nazis. Waiting for Anya, set in Pyrenees. Shepherd dog hero. 6 Minutes to Midnight about girls’ school in Behxill, for daughters of Nazis.

Monday 29^th March

Dreams about going for vax. Guy with van. Redruth. One in dream. Seems to be in hilly place. Repeated in dream. Must draw it. Photos ready at Johnson’s. Great. Will take box and purses with receipts, Johnson closed, waited couple of minutes. Drove to Stithians Showground. Signs warning queues but no one else as drove through 3 check-points. Drove in mask to park up. Left keys, handbag in car. Walked in and was asked name and date of birth. Said were shutting end of week. No more doses. Next person Susie gave me info and I asked questions. Answers gave me more questions. Said about Vitamin D3 on NHS website. Sat in chair. Guy gave jab. Painless. Sat in car 15 minutes. Cousin messaged to say all had in Texas except 16 year old. Had Astra Zeneca Makes think people weren’t given info.

Tuesday 30^th March

Stomach ache when woke. Bit mucusy nose. Got up at 8.30am to join Smartline video conference. Kept getting to “content not available yet”. Opened old mac, checked Yahoo, tried via email, got “oops” screen. Emailed James Roeberry who sent the Zoom link. That had another registration form. Disorientated and got in said. Said Welcome. Spinning with anger and disorientation for half an hour before refocusing. Asked me what I do. Felt good. The chat with others was good. Then said had a call with EPIC. Ended up staying til end, then had a call with Nick Bailey. Zoom froze, got cut off. He called so had rest on phone. Asked usual questions and managed to put across journalist angle and apps translating from magazine publishing. He sends form over to send back by Thursday afternoon. Decide to do it on Thursday and beach it. Watch sunset.

Wednesday 31^st March

Weather not good for beach. Patsy decides too much work. Daisy wants to get website done and Jessica said she’d be later. Decided to do form for EPIC. The bits to add in were easy. Just to agree or check tracked changes, added a bit of context. Nick had added bits from the first form. Sent to check and got auto reply. Went to print, sign and scan and send scans to him as well. Watched TV in evening. Rubik’s cube arrived and remembered how to do 2 layers. Almost finished it. Need to remember or know how to do bottom corners or middle. Worked out my own slow jigs or reversals. Rather work out but don’t want to spend too long doing same.

Thursday 1^st April

Lucky I finished EPIC form on Wednesday as events went awry. I had lovely call with Verity at ATI2 who suggested doing a mind map to put all bits together. Managed to convey my next aim is to convey the business proposition of idea so investor sees the value. Verity likes the book and app offering so am going with that as more valuable (copyright) than just website and app. Alexis texts to say clash with Eric and calls meeting. I say Friday 11am. Eric appears and wants to go to beach. We go to Castle beach with wine. He shows social media post Alexis put up. Eric brother sent to him. He tries to put off meeting I say sooner rather than later.
