Friday 26th February
Had a dream about ???? forgotten. Looked at question to ask on Independent SAGE and realised it meant a demand for health facts to be accessible to all, in equlity, incorrect information displayed more prominently than facts plus being publicised through press. Started a petition on change.org. Ask NHS, Ministry of Health and Public Health England to remove incorrect info and make facts more accessible.
Didn’t ask question today, deferred to next week. Going for a swim at 4pm with Patsy, her birthday today. Went back to Patsy’s had a lovely gathering around fire in garden, watched moonrise. Drank wine and walked home for quiz at 9pm. Maria’s. quiz, intelligent questions. Won by 4 ½ points. Went to bed around midnight after watching episode of comedy – no. Looked for phone charger.
Saturday 27th February – Ed’s 50th Birthday. Woke at 10am. Spoke to Pete 10.30am. He was massively biased and after call carried on sending me base level things about Wikipedia. Saw source of his info, Conservative bias. Went to shops. Lovely sunny day. Got eggs, chocolate for Robert. Market stalls out. Watched Back, Stand Up and Deliver and the Voice. Bias seems worthwhile battle alongside healthcare corruption.
Sunday 28th February
Doom laden dream of world going mad, things flying into middle of cities. Robert and friend in LA. I come back to ask MP to put case for us to return. “Covid” things I can’t describe. Sent Pete Wiki entry for Fit For Life to show it was biased against public health interests. Going to play Upwords in Patsy’s garden. Taking duck, John Yudkin book and sweet greens.
Monday 1st March
Had great weekend and suffered Monday morning as a result. But got a walk in. Sunnyish start to day. Relaxed a bit then cooked for lunch then read What Doctors Don’t Tell You. Thought about bias and researched a few things. Watched Andrew Marr’s history of Britain. I didn’t know how bad it was. Notice popped up saying program been edited due to legal commitment or obligation issue. Really tells you nothing.
(Just looked this up and Marr departed the BBC in December 2021 and went to LBC. The BBC upheld a viewer complaint about a comment made by Marr about Community Charge, which was deemed misleading). Had dinner and watched more Andrew Marr. Watched fave genre film. The Groom’s Sister – dark comedy, dysfunctional family relationships. Watched Stand Up and Deliver. I thought Richard Coles was funniest, but because I could hear what he was saying easiest. Baroness Sayeeda Warsi won.
Tuesday 2nd March
Got up at 9am and looked to do biz plan. Looked at A2F template. Not sure how to adpt info on app. Called and spoke to someone who said would get Yvic to call. Had another go and worked out how to do it. Emailed Yvic who replied quickly and said send over. Replied said aiming for by 4pm tomorrow. Then got a tail wind and did Profit and Loss and cashflow working out if 500 apps are sold a month, it is £27K @ £54. Makes it more doable. Did business plan for university a bit better and resubmitted it. Formatting had got out. Wonder if should send to Alex and check work count OK. Drycleaner texted to pick up jacket and jeans. Bought food.
Wednesday 3rd March
Woke from very weird dream at 9am. Got up after, look at Twitter. People vapidly attacking me for defending Nicola Sturgeon. Bias is everywhere. Lack of info and issuing rules without context or “why” makes people argue and attack each other. A bit like religion. People fiercely defend their beliefs and opinions. And their right to be right. Doesn’t improve the world. Watched Company You Keep last night. Amazed how FBI will pursue political activists for decades, while murdering unarmed people while in uniform isn’t even punished. A life is a life. American doesn’t draw a line under people working for peace, freedom or challenging corruption but carries out illegal wars sending many to their deaths. As does UK now its entered arms race.
Thursday 4th March
Got up and continued Twitter conversations. Person angry about health outcomes and blamed Nicola Sturgeon. At 12pm meet daisy for a coffee. We walk to new coffee shop opposite stable after Pier Café. Daisy mentions been offered vaccine but registered doctor in London. She says got til 12 April. I say will ask Jason if wants them to stay after Lizzie goes. Also whether we can accommodate them until 10 May at my place.
Talk about health and equality and corruption. Get home and see car been damaged. Measure it and corresponds with Jamie T’s vehicle. Text him. Call Be Wiser. First guy Ben refers me to insurer. Speak to Aegas. Nice, helpful guy. Recommends getting quote from garage. Ask Jason and says ditch car. Sad. Find one panel. Jamie replies and acknowledges was him.
